![]() In accordance with guidelines issued by the AAM and the American Association of Museum Directors (AAMD), provenance research at WCMFA is focused on objects that were created before 1946 and that might have changed hands in Continental Europe between 1933 and 1945. WCMFA is a participating museum with the American Association of Museum's (AAM) Nazi Era Provenance Internet Portal (NEPIP) which was designed and managed by the AAM on behalf of the U.S. museum community. Inclusion on this list indicates that more information is required to complete our knowledge of the ownership of these works during the Nazi era. It does not indicate that the works are suspect. The Museum's research project is ongoing and additional information will be published as it becomes available. Gerolamo Bassano1566 - 1621The Sepulchre Provenance of Object:
