Yoga Nights at the Museum

Find peace and “zen out” during Yoga Nights at the Museum! Life is stressful — and Nancy Poole is here to help.  We even have heated floors for optimum relaxation!

Dates: Wednesdays, February 28, March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4, 2018 (Snow date: April 11)

Time: 5:45 – 6:45 PM

Price: $50 per person for 6-week registration, $10 per person for drop-in

Difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate

Capacity: 20 students

Location: Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, Kaylor Atrium

Nancy has a limited number of yoga mats, so please bring your own!

Students must sign the waiver before participating in Yoga Nights at the Museum.  Waivers may be mailed or delivered to the Museum or given to the instructor prior to the start of class.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Nancy is an Experienced 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher as recognized by Yoga Alliance.  Her training with YogaFit Worldwide includes Meditation & Mindfulness, YogaFit for Balancing Moods, and most recently, Healing Emotional & Physical Trauma.  She holds certifications in Pilates Mat Beginning and Advanced from the Body College in Washington, D.C. and has achieved Personal Fitness Trainer Certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.  Nancy leads classes in Montgomery and Washington Counties.  The Museum is thrilled to have Nancy instruct in our space!
