This past year has been unprecedented, but it did not deter Donna Staley from decorating. While bringing out the vintage sleigh, she decided to spruce it up with a fresh coat of paint. It reminds Donna of the sled filled with hot drinks and appetizers at Hickory Bridge restaurant. The table inside is bursting with memories of Christmases from the past that were filled with family and friends. Continuing to decorate even when only your immediate family sees it is grounded in the belief that “this too shall pass” and we will have a traditional Christmas again.
