Description: Steve Weiss, Associate Dean of Culinary Arts and Hospitality for Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg, West Virginia, leads his BRCTC students to create installations made entirely out of sugar. The installation is inspired by the porcelain art installation Bouke de Vries: War and Pieces. The sugar art and War and Pieces will be on view until March 13.
