Friday, Oct. 6, 5:30 to 7 p.m. Autumn Harvest Yoga and Sound. Instructor Christa Angelo will guide participants through a gentle yoga flow suitable for all experience levels. Stephanie Flores of Alchemy Yoga and Soul Empowerment will lead participants through a soundbath. End with a cup of spicy fall chai. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
