Wanted: Floral designers for this year’s Art in Bloom & Amazing Tablescapes designers
| Excitement is stirring over our two of our most beloved fundraisers! Don’t miss the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and support the museum. We are seeking floral designers for this year’s Art in Bloom, co-hosted by the Town & Country Garden Club; an orientation for designers will be held in the museum’s atrium at 11 a.m., March 5. Deadline for signing up is February 28. And… Amazing Tablescapes designers are also needed to create tablescapes inspired by famous Mexican artist and activist Frida Kahlo, whose personal photographs will be the subject our major exhibition, June 14-October 2, Frida Kahlo: Picturing an Icon. Ideas for Tablescape themes: Mexican culture, “magic realism,” surrealism, the human experience, feminism.
