City Park Fall Fest, Sept. 17, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fun-filled day of activities at City Park. Day kicks off with Monarch Butterfly Parade from Hagerstown Cultural Trail to Hager House in City Park. Hay rides, children’s crafts, games, food vendors, music and more. New this year: fireworks! Held in conjunction with City of Hagerstown Parks and Recreation, Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, Hager House Museum, Mansion House Art Center and Gallery and City Park Train Hub.
