Saturday, Sept. 16. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. City Park Fall Fest. Activities include kids art crafts, games, gallery tours, and more. Throughout park, hay rides, children’s crafts, games, food vendors, music and more. Held in conjunction with City of Hagerstown Parks and Recreation, Hager House Museum, Mansion House Art Center, and City Park Train Hub. Free.
