The Washington County Museum of Fine Arts invites bids for the Fine Arts/Fine Arts Transit/ Comprehensive/ General Liability Insurance Package/TULIP/Workmans Comp/ and the Directors and Officers Liability Insurance.

The Museum of Fine Arts will accept sealed bid proposals for the insurance mentioned above at Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, P. O. Box 423, City Park, Hagerstown, Maryland 21741.  The bids must be received by June 10, 2020.

Please contact the Museum at info@wcmfa.org for additional details.   All insurance companies submitting proposals must have a policy holder rating of “A” or better and a Financial Rating of “Class XV” as shown in the latest edition of Best’s Insurance Guide.  Proposals will be accepted only from insurance companies duly licensed to do business in the State of Maryland.  The Museum reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest dollar proposal.  No proposals shall be withdrawn for 60 days from the date opened.  All bids must be marked “Sealed Bid for Insurance.”
